  • Create A List — You can create a list where you will write your current diet of foods and drinks and create another list where you will write what you want to achieve this will make you a challenging way to develop your habit. You should add healthy items on that list some healthy things are mentioned below.
  • Eat scheduled meals each day — You should fix your time to take meals every day this will help you to improve your digestion system and make your body more comfortable and ready every day. Our body needs a healthy diet in every 3-4 hours so you should take them according to your body
  • Eat Slowly — Studies Show that comparing different eating speeds show that fast eaters are up to 115% more likely to be obese than slow eaters. Eating more slowly would give your brain the time it needs to perceive that you are full. You should take a minimum of 20 minutes for eating never try to eat fast, This will give you more satisfaction in low foods. You should try to take more time to chew every bite this will create a healthy habit to eat food.
  • Stop after Satisfying — Our Body takes 20 minutes to give the signal to our mind that now no more food is needed so you should stop eating immediately when you feel Anorexias.   6. Eat Less salts and Suger — We use salts and sugars on at least everything we eat or drink like every vegetable , coffees, etc so we should use them as lesser as we can.
